1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and responsibilities of authors, reviewers, attendees, and editors participating in the International Conference on Engineering Adaptation & Policy Reform for Industrial Development (ICEAPRID).

1.2 ICEAPRID reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website and participation in the conference constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2.1 Originality and Plagiarism: Authors must submit only original research work that has not been published or submitted elsewhere. All manuscripts will be subject to plagiarism checks.

2.2 Copyright and Licensing: By submitting a manuscript, authors grant ICEAPRID a non-exclusive license to publish the paper in conference proceedings or affiliated journals. Authors retain copyright and may publish the work elsewhere after the conference, provided proper acknowledgment is given to ICEAPRID.

2.3 Authorship Integrity: All listed authors must have made significant contributions to the research. Any disputes regarding authorship must be resolved prior to submission.

2.4 Ethical Compliance: Research involving human or animal subjects must adhere to ethical guidelines, and proper approvals must be documented.

2.5 Review Process: Submission does not guarantee acceptance. All papers undergo a peer review process, and authors must comply with any required revisions.

3.1 Confidentiality: Reviewers must maintain confidentiality regarding manuscripts they review and must not share or discuss them with third parties.

3.2 Unbiased Review: Reviews must be objective, constructive, and free from personal bias. Reviewers should declare any conflicts of interest and decline reviews where necessary.

3.3 Timeliness: Reviewers should complete reviews within the stipulated deadlines to ensure timely publication and conference proceedings.

3.4 Plagiarism and Ethics: If a reviewer identifies ethical concerns, including plagiarism or data falsification, they must report it to the editorial board.

4.1 Registration and Payment: Conference attendees must complete their registration and payment within the stipulated deadlines. Failure to do so may result in denial of access to conference sessions.

4.2 Code of Conduct: Attendees must maintain professional decorum, respect fellow participants, and avoid disruptive behavior during presentations and discussions.

4.3 Intellectual Property: Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of conference materials, presentations, or discussions is strictly prohibited.

4.4 Cancellations and Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted before the deadline specified in the conference registration policy. Processing fees may apply.

5.1 Editorial Independence: Editors must ensure fair and unbiased evaluation of manuscripts, regardless of authors’ nationality, institution, or personal identity.

5.2 Conflict of Interest: Editors must disclose and recuse themselves from handling manuscripts where they have conflicts of interest.

5.3 Decision Transparency: Editors must ensure decisions are based on academic merit and reviewer feedback. Rejected papers must receive appropriate justification.

5.4 Publication Ethics: Editors must oversee ethical compliance, ensure timely peer review, and address allegations of research misconduct appropriately.
